Did you know that: All types of fireworks—even those labeled "safe and sane"—are illegal in San José and most of Santa Clara County. The City of San José will be using drones to detect and document illegal fireworks activity. Offenders caught on video may face fines or prosecution. Neighbor -- Did you know Willow Glen Business Association (WGBA) manages a Community Benefit and Improvement District (CBID) on and around Lincoln Ave? This year it was extended from Minnesota Ave, all the way down to Coe Ave!
