We have some unfortunate news...
The Parks, Recreation, and Neighborhood Services (PRNS) department notified us that the restrooms at Wallenberg Park will be temporarily closed due to ongoing vandalism.
PRNS is unable to maintain the facility in a safe and clean condition, and as a result, they have made the decision to close the main restrooms until they are able to address and control this issue.
In the meantime, PRNS will be placing portable restrooms in the park for public use. Councilmember Mulcahy's ofice let us know they understand the inconvenience this may cause and are working diligently to resolve the situation.
