Are you aware of what could be built next to your home if the City Council votes to pass General Plan amendments on Tuesday (8/18)?
In ALL San Jose neighborhoods, recommendations are to allow:
- 32 dwelling units per acre, 16 units on a 10,000 sq ft lot, 8 on a 5,000 sq ft lot
- buildings up to 35 feet and 3 stories
- and remember there are no longer any parking requirements in San Jose

The exact time of Agenda Item 10.3 is unknown, but it is likely to be after 3:30pm.
WGNA supports the goals of Envision San José 2040, but opposes the proposal to increase residential density in single-family neighborhoods to 32 units per acre across the entire City of San José.
