Financial Responsibilities

The Willow Glen Neighborhood Association is a nonprofit 501(c)4 organization registered with the Internal Revenue Service.

All charitable organizations in California must be registered with the Department of Justice.  The current board just learned that WGNA was suspended due the prior boards not filing tax returns dating back to 2011.  The current board filed the returns and regained our nonprofit status and is now filing the necessary forms to be reinstated with the Department of Justice.
